On both Chrysalis and Emmaus retreats we assure Caterpillars and Pilgrims of confidentiality while on the weekend. This level of confidentiality opens hearts and minds so God’s Holy Spirit can enter and do some amazing things in the lives of those participating. The concern is that in the process of either making new spaces work or from a sense of comfortableness in established locations we do not undermine or betray our pledge of this confidence we hold.
Personal overnight rooms and the Conference Room are OFF LIMITS to everyone not on the Weekend Retreat. The Caterpillars and the Pilgrims have entrusted the leadership to uphold the confidentiality established and any invasion of that sacred space could be detrimental to those participating on the retreats. Please refrain from entering the conference room or the participants’ rooms while attending Candlelight or any other time you might be at the retreat.
