Do you remember the moment when the Prayer Vigil was introduced on your Walk, when
you looked in amazement at the many names of people that were praying for you,
some of whom you recognized, but most of whom you did not know at all. We are
sure that you agree, it is this Prayer Vigil that quite literally bathes each Walk in
Prayer! Now it is our turn to hold the upcoming Walks and Flights in Prayer, one hour
at a time. It is our agape gift to the pilgrims/caterpillars and the teams.
If you have never participated in a Prayer Vigil before, let us answer some
most often asked questions: We do not have to be on a walk or in
a church to pray. The aim is to find an hour anywhere during the day or night
where we can be in prayer, at home, in the car, on a trip. The object is to pray
God's blessings on the pilgrims and the team, asking God to fill their hearts with
His spirit of love to overflowing, just as He did for us.
